From wheelchairs to strollers, information to Gift Cards, you’ll find what you need at our Guest Services Kiosks located on the Upper Level at the Eagle Street entrance, and on the Lower Level at the Yonge Street entrance.

NEWMARKET LIBRARY DROP BOX
You may now drop off your Newmarket Library Materials at Upper Canada Mall. We have a Newmarket Library Drop Box located on the Lower Level by Guest Services at the Yonge St. entrance. Please note that Kobo Readers may not be dropped off using this service. All items returned to the drop box will be dated the same date of your return.

FAMILY SERVICES

Stroller Rentals

Strollers are available for rental at the Yonge Street, Eagle Street and Food Court entrances. Both single and double strollers can be rented for $3, with a $0.50 return. With every $3 stroller rental, Upper Canada Mall will donate $0.25 to the York Regional Police Community Safety Village. This great local charity teaches children about proper road safety, bike usage and how to stay safe on the internet. Corrals accept payment by coin, $5 and $10 bills, VISA, AMEX and Mastercard.

Family Washrooms

Upper Canada Mall has three family washrooms. Two are located on the Upper Level - one near the Food Court and the other by the Children's Play Park. The third family washroom is located on the Lower Level across from West 49.

Upper Canada Mall Play Park

Enjoy your favourite children's programs while you play at Ontario's first soft foam play park, located in the Toys 'R' Us wing. The area is restricted to children under 48" in height, and children must be accompanied by an adult. There is no charge for this area and it is open to the public during the following hours:

Monday - Friday - 9:30am - 9:00pm

Saturday - 9:00am - 6:00pm

Sunday - 11:00am - 5:00pm

**The park closes daily for regular cleaning at 1:00pm and 5:00pm.

High Chairs

High Chairs are available for children in the Food Court.

Bank Of Montreal @ Lower Level by Sears entrance, and an exterior machine, Lower Level outside the Yonge St. entrance

Ministry of Transportation/Service Ontario Kiosk

Service Ontario Kiosks allow you to obtain government services and products much easier than ever before. These kiosks function much like self-serve automated bank machines.

• Order Personalized License Plates
• Get an Abstract or an U.V.I.P All you need is your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or debit card to take advantage of this convenient and easy to use machine.

Continental Currency Exchange

The Continental Currency Exchange Kiosk gives you the ability to immediately buy or sell over 140 different currencies from around the world at better rates of exchange.

• Accepted payment methods include Cash and Interac
• Located on the Lower Level near Sears located by the Yonge St. Entrance.
• Commission Free Travellers Cheques
• Domestic and International Wire Transfers and Payments
• Foreign Cheques and Money Orders • Lockers
• There is 1 bank of storage lockers on the Lower Level, next to the public washrooms. The lockers are approximately 15" x 18" x 18" and rent for $1.00 each

Recycling Program

Upper Canada Mall has a fully integrated recycling program, involving both retailers and customers. There are recycling bins in the food court and throughout Upper Canada for our customers' use.
