    GENERAL FUNCTION Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will bring an authentic, fun and energic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships building brand loyalty. • Confidently provides an exceptional customer experience through making a connection, attention to detail and offering a personalized and unique shopping experience resulting in customer satisfaction. • Actively participates and contributes to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management. • Takes pride in the appearance of store and shows initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized. Secures all company assets under one’s control. • Helps foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

    About the Role:

    As a Sales Associate at PokinPokin, you will be responsible for:
    -Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
    -Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
    -Demonstrating PokinPokin’s products
    -Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge
    -Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions
    -Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers

We have cooperated with world-renowned IPs, such as “BANDAI SPIRITS”, “Pop-Mart”, “Sumikko Gurashi” and so on. While cooperating with these big brands, we are also looking for cooperation with small designer brands, in this way to achieve the diversity of PokinPokin products. In other words, we sell our products through the game of grabbing claw machines, and we have achieved great success in the Chinese market so far.

    About You

    -Some high school required
    -Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
    -Basic computer skills
    -Understands the importance of Customer Service
    -Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
    -Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
    -Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
    -Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting Customers
    -Ability to operate POS system
