Responsibilities and Objectives

  • You love solving problems
  • You can lead a team and work independently
  • You provide customer support and answer technical related questions, including hardware and software troubleshooting, diagnosis and repairs
  • You can diagnosis and repair of smartphones and tablets, including current models from Samsung, LG, Apple and other manufacturers (Training will be provided)
  • Disassembly, component replacement and re-assembly of the latest smartphones and tablets with the highest degree of care and skill
  • You turn around repairs to customers as quickly as possible
  • You manage the parts inventory in an accurate and timely manner
  • You will keep up to date with the latest products and necessary technical implications (training is provided and required)

Some background in technology/repairs

High School diploma or equivalent
