Due to the current situation and for the safety of all guests, we have made the tough decision to cancel our Sole Mates and Stroller Mates programs. In effort to respect physical distancing measures, avoid large gatherings of people, and do our part to help slow the spread of COVID-19, we believe this is the best course of action to take. Guest safety is of utmost importance to us and we continue to welcome you and your families into our centre to enjoy a safe shopping experience. Thank you for your loyalty.
If you are looking for ways s to stay active, stay safe and keep your distance, please check out some of the videos or brochures posted on the following website:

The Newmarket Seniors Meeting Place is another great option. While their programs, are currently suspended, they are a good resource to keep in mind once we enter later phases of reopening. For a small membership fee, you can drop in for a variety of great activities available at no cost and up to $5.
There are a few options for post-natal fitness available in our community still, many offer online or safe socially distanced programs.
