Quiet Hours is designed to create a calmer, more inclusive shopping experience by reducing sensory stimuli in-store. During these hours, stores may lower music volume, minimize unnecessary noise, and reduce fragrance spraying to support a more relaxed and welcoming environment. Quiet Hours will take place during the first hour of business on Wednesdays and Saturdays at participating locations.
