    THE ROLE
    As a Banana Republic stylist, you will help create aspirational and on trend looks that enhance the
    customer’s emotional connection to the brand. You will be an expert on styling and fashion, with a
    thorough understanding of designers, brands and seasonal trends. As a stylist, you will contribute to a positive,
    friendly and inclusive environment that inspires and makes our customers feel welcome. Your goal is to grow the
    business by genuinely wanting to create an outstanding customer experience.
    WHAT YOU WILL DO
    • Take inspiration from credible and relevant fashion references, including current style icons and influencers,
    and translate that inspiration into action by solving customer styling needs
    • Connect and engage with customers authentically to understand their styling needs
    • Serve as a Brand storyteller to create experiences that drive sales and achieve store goals, with the customer
    as the primary focus
    • Demonstrate values and behaviors consistent with our Words to Live By
    • Assist in creating an inclusive environment where our customers and employees feel a sense of belonging
    • Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required
    SKILLS NEEDED
    • Styling experience in luxury fashion and/or
    strong knowledge of trends and designer brands
    with the ability to translate that knowledge into
    solving customer styling needs
    • Effective communicator with experience in
    creating meaningful connections with customers
    that build brand loyalty
    • Flexible and adaptable to work shifts that meet
    the needs of the business; flexible and/or
    consistent scheduling may be available
    • Ability to maneuver around the salesfloor,
    stockroom, and office and lift up to 30lb, with or
    without a reasonable accommodation

    Assistant Manager

    Job Description
    Being an assistant manager means business, all by overseeing store operations and assuming responsibilities from sales, client service to profitability and loss prevention. Supporting the store manager but creating and leading a team that ensures a unique and exciting shopping experience for the honey customer is top priority.

    Key Responsibilities
    Grow the business through exceptional customer service and top-performing sales
    Maximize sales plans for the store through effective planning and execution
    Continually recruit, train and develop talented individual leading to a high retention of key staff
    Motivate your team to provide excellent service that create lasting relationships with their customers
    Model the expectation and hold others accountable
    Utilize all systems to maximize store efficiency and enhance the customer
    Maintain the operational excellence with in the store and ensure all corporate/store policy and procedures are adhered to
    Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the dress code and image guidelines

    Qualifications
    3+ years of retail management experience
    Strong sales background and passionate about customer service
    The proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
    Excellent interpersonal skills supporting both a team environment and customer service
    A lover of style and fashion
    A leader with the proven ability to train others
    Excellent organization and time management skills
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    MIT- Manager in Training/ Store Manager

    Key Responsibility
    Maximize personal sales consistently and build last customer relationships

    Demonstrate effective phone etiquette
    Follow through with the customer experience by utilizing thank you card and maintaining a client book
    Clean, vacuum, fold, size, steam, replenish as assigned
    Be aspirational to your customers in all aspects of culture: fashion, music, art and technology
    Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the established dress code and image
    Guidelines
    Under the direction of the store manager, performs and completes other additional duties and assignments as required and/or requested
    Qualifications
