    Responsibilities:
    · Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments.
    · Ensure all products are properly tagged, labeled, and stored.
    · Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
    · Regularly restock merchandise on the sales floor to ensure product availability.
    · Print transfers label and process transfers for prepaid orders, consolidations, and damages.
    · Follow store-specific damage procedures to handle damaged products.
    · Contact prepaid/online customers to confirm orders and provide updates.
    · Perform other duties as requested by management.
    · Keep the backroom clean, organized, and free of clutter.
    · Complete daily and end-of-week checklists, including replenishment and cleanliness tasks.
    · Participate in daily and weekly walk-throughs with the store manager to review completed tasks and address any issues.
    · Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.
    · Work closely with the stock manager to improve efficiency and effectiveness in stock management.

    Qualifications:
    · High school diploma or equivalent.
    · Previous experience in retail or stock management preferred.
    · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
    · Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    Physical Requirements:
    · Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and products.
    · Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
    · Capable of performing physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and climbing ladders.
