    A Day in the Life of a TG Barber:

    -Welcome customers and identify their preferences by asking pointed questions
    -Recommend hairstyles and haircuts according to customers’ face shapes and tastes
    -Demonstrate consistent high-quality technical skill in all areas of cutting including, but not limited to, clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, texturizing, and customization to client needs and hair type
    -Form bonds with loyal customers and remember their hairstyle preferences
    -Ensure tidiness of grooming stations and sterilize tools as needed

    About the Role:

    As a Sales Associate at PokinPokin, you will be responsible for:
    -Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
    -Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
    -Demonstrating PokinPokin’s products
    -Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge
    -Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions
    -Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers

    About You

    -Some high school required
    -Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
    -Basic computer skills
    -Understands the importance of Customer Service
    -Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
    -Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
    -Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
    -Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting Customers
    -Ability to operate POS system
