    At The Latest Scoop we are innovative, creative and entrepreneurial, and we’re growing fast! We are looking for confident, experienced Floor Supervisors to join our new store opening team at Newmarket. So, if you love fashion and working with people, then we’d love to meet you! 

    Responsibilities:

    Partner with the store leadership team to help create an engaging experience for every Scoop customer
    Proficient with POS system and company procedures
    Contributes to the development and improvement of SOPs
    Act as a brand representative by upholding company values
    Monitoring sales goals and communicating with Manager
    Monitor KPIs to ensure targets are met
    Support to maintain the visual standards in the store
    Execute ongoing training for all staff to ensure they know our procedures and guidelines in all areas including sales, cash, return/exchange policy, staff manual and general behaviour
    Zone assignments when the manager is not on shift
    Requirements:

    Retail associate for a minimum of 1 year
    Ongoing experience organizing and executing training to new and current employees
    Strong organizational and planning skills
    Strong verbal and written communicator
    Ability to be flexible, quick to adapt to various learning styles and store environments
    Develop loyal customers through genuine connections and relationship building
    Passionate about the retail and fashion industry

    JOB DESCRIPTION



    VISUAL STANDARDS AND VM TRAINING

    • DAILY: Ensure that the brand is represented through the overall appearance of the store and that the visual presentation meets the company standards.

    • DAILY: Continue to train team members on new launches, product knowledge, styling and visual maintenance of the store.

    • WEEKLY: New arrivals placement on a weekly basis. Update windows, mannequins and apparel/non apparel merchandising with newness and utilize guidelines based on floor set and LC/OC count



    FLOORSET EXECUTION

    • MONTHLY: Adhering and executing VM floor set guidelines: windows, mannequin styling, apparel and non-apparel



    MARKETING AND PROP MANAGEMENT

    • DAILY: Maintain placement of signage throughout the store - permanent and/or seasonal signage in the store

    • DAILY: Responsible for the care, organization and maintenance of display materials in-store -VM toolbox, Signage Bin, Signage Holders, VM Props



    STOCK MANAGEMENT

    • DAILY: Ensure all backroom areas are clean and maintained, to include bathroom, office and associate break area.

    • WEEKLY: Support shipment receiving and prepping product for placement.

    • WEEKLY: Work with the team to ensure In-fills and replenishment are completed

    • WEEKLY: Partner with management team to implement stockroom standards and procedures and communicate any stockroom concerns with a solution-based plan to Management Team



    INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

    • WEEKLY: Manage and perform stock transfers, damage outs, rotation lines

    • WEEKLY: Balancing Inventory transfers execution and or coordination

    • BI – WEEKLY: Cycle counts execution and or coordination
