    Michael Hill is hiring a part time associate for the holiday season. The position will run from November until January and possibly beyond.

    Customer Experience Lead

    The customer Experience Lead is primarily responsible for driving and growing top-line sales , leading and directing associates on the sales floor , coaching associates in the moment. In addition, the customer experience Lead supports operational excellence through maintaining visual standards, payroll management, and merchandise availability. The Customer Experience Lead is expected to act as a front-line supervisor responsible for assigning work and providing direction to non-supervisory associates.

    Stock Manager

    Responsibilities:
    · Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments.
    · Ensure all products are properly tagged, labeled, and stored.
    · Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
    · Regularly restock merchandise on the sales floor to ensure product availability.
    · Print transfers label and process transfers for prepaid orders, consolidations, and damages.
    · Follow store-specific damage procedures to handle damaged products.
    · Contact prepaid/online customers to confirm orders and provide updates.
    · Perform other duties as requested by management.
    · Keep the backroom clean, organized, and free of clutter.
    · Complete daily and end-of-week checklists, including replenishment and cleanliness tasks.
    · Participate in daily and weekly walk-throughs with the store manager to review completed tasks and address any issues.
    · Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.
    · Work closely with the stock manager to improve efficiency and effectiveness in stock management.

    Qualifications:
    · High school diploma or equivalent.
    · Previous experience in retail or stock management preferred.
    · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
    · Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    Physical Requirements:
    · Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and products.
    · Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
    · Capable of performing physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and climbing ladders.
