What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Your reservation is non refundable. However if you need to reschedule, you can do so by following the information on your reservation confirmation email. Your appointment must be rescheduled prior to your scheduled reservation time.

Where is my reservation confirmation?
After booking your visit with Santa, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. Please check your junk or spam email folders if you don’t see an email. For customer/booking support, please contact santaphotosoxford@gmail.com or 1-844-628-1211.

Can I visit Santa without making a reservation or buying a photo package?
Of course! If there are no photo reservations booked, guests are welcome to come and say hello to Santa. Our walk-in tree is always available for guests to visit and take pictures in.

New this year, Upper Canada invites guests to Experience the JOY of the Holidays at our new holiday hub! Located in Market Court, this space will bring our community together with FREE, fun, family focused holiday entertainment and events! Hosted by retailers, community partners & local entertainment, there is JOY for all to experience.
