JOB SUMMARY Support the Store Management in all tasks necessary to the efficient operation of the store. Provide prompt and courteous service to customers in order to maximize sales and customer service, so as to promote the company's image of quality and professionalism. Represent and integral part of the store team and though his/her participation creates a healthy and pleasant atmosphere. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Maximize sales and customer service * Maintain merchandise displays * Record all transactions on register * Perform necessary housekeeping duties * Practice professional salesmanship within the guideline of store policy and procedures, in order to achieve maximum sales and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. * Promotes total customer service in a friendly way and as the most important consideration in every transaction. * Ensures that special orders are handled efficiently. * Communicate stock replenishment needs to the Store Manager * Develops and maintain product knowledge of merchandise available from assigned department * Is aware of and implements store policies and procedures * Is responsible for accuracy of sales transaction completion * Assists in training other sales associates in product knowledge, visual presentation, sales techniques and administration. * Conforms to the company's dress code and present an image that is consistent with the company standard. * Support the manager in all of the essential duties necessary for the efficient operation of the store. Qualifications * Retail / customer service experience, minimum six months ( preferred) * Other qualifications: strong leadership skills, excellent communications skills, team player, fashion-oriented Job Type: Part-time Part-time hours: 15-25 per week Flexible scheduling, employee discounts

You must have a strong leadership and team building skills, effective training skills, and be available during peak business operations, which may include weekends and holidays, up to 40 hours per week. ***We are looking for candidates to be available long term and open to growth within the organization***
